The consummate grump, Brad can see the down side to anything. Nobody really knows why since he's a loner and keeps to himself as often as possible. It's suspected that it might have something to do with how he goes by his middle name rather than his proper first name of Eric JUNIOR, but nobody really knows about his father since Brad came to DeMontfort from Texas. He doesn't seem to have any connections to his hometown. It appears he likes it that way. Maybe more of this will be revealed in the future. Since Brad is only belligerent when provoked, everyone decides it better to keep their distance. What everyone DOES know is how he complains very loudly, depends on continuous ingestion of caffeine to stay awake, and can't use anything mechanical to save his life. Oh, and he always wears that baseball cap for some reason...
